All One Credit Union partners with Campus Bound to Benefit Leominster High

Posted on November 3, 2022

All One Credit Union (LCU) presented a check for $5,000 to the Campus Bound Program to benefit Leominster High School (LHS) students.

Since 2020, Campus Bound experts have provided free support to Leominster High School to help reduce the costs of college. Campus Bound is a team of experienced, passionate college counseling and financial aid professionals working with the Leominster High School Guidance Department to help families successfully navigate the financial aid process and other cost-reduction strategies on their road to higher education. This program is made possible through the sponsorship by All One Credit Union.

“LHS is very grateful for the generosity of All One Credit Union and the support they show to Campus Bound and building opportunities for our students. This partnership helps LHS students meet their post-high school aspirations,” stated Joshua Romano, Principal, Leominster High School.

Campus Bound is committed to helping students of all achievement levels to create strong applications and discover their best-fit schools.

“The Campus Bound team was extremely helpful by showing us how to build a budget of what we could afford for college and then how to build a list of affordable colleges our children should apply to,” quoted from a parent of the classes of ‘20, ‘21, ’24.  “With their help, we found errors in our Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) that resulted in a substantial increase in aid once we worked with the college financial aid office of our child’s first choice school.”

Counselors at Campus Bound collaborate frequently with students, ensuring that all receive the most up-to-date information and personalized support with this challenging process.

“We regularly look for opportunities to engage and partner with organizations who offer products and services to the communities we serve.  Our objective in giving back is to fulfill a need and support an initiative. Given the rising costs associated with attending college, Campus Bound can offer a much-needed comprehensive solution. As a sponsor to this program, we are assisting local students with the opportunity to access resources to help them navigate and attain entry to great schools, find solutions to reduce college expenses and minimize debt,” said Barbara Mahoney, President & CEO, All One Credit Union.

Fall Shred-A-Thon scheduled for September 17, 2022

Posted on August 19, 2022

All One Credit Union will hold a Shred-A-Thon at its 910 West Boylston Street, Worcester, MA location on Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 9:00AM – Noon.

Members and non-members can get rid of old, sensitive documents by shredding and recycling them at the Shred-A-Thon. All items will be shred on site by a secure shredding service, New England Security Shredders.

Members of the community can bring up to three legal size file boxes or three 13-gallon kitchen trash bags to be shred for free. However, we will be accepting donations for Habitat for Humanity during the event. The Shred-A-Thon helps raise awareness about recycling and of course the importance of shredding personal documents to protect against identity theft.

Important documents to bring to the Shred-A-Thon include bank statements, tax returns, medical bills, credit card statements and other personal documents.

For more information contact Joanne Lattanzi, AVP/Marketing 978-466-7240 or marketing@all-onecu.com.

Top Questions due to our System Enhancement

Posted on June 24, 2022

Q. Where Can I find my Member Number?
A. For the security of our members accounts, member account numbers can be obtained by calling 800-649-4646 or stopping by a branch.

Q. How are my Rewards Interest Credits being displayed on my statement?
A. Due to our change in cycle dates moving to the 7th of each month beginning in June, if you did not qualify for rewards in previous months, you will notice your online banking history does not match your statement. Rewards interest was reflected in your account balance at the beginning of the month and showed as a part of the balance for the entire cycle, once the account did not meet qualifications the rewards were deducted. Moving forward all reward interest credits will not post unless the account qualifications are met.

Q. Can I open an account online?
A. Yes, our online account opening feature is now available on our website!

Q. Can I set up alerts via online banking or the mobile app?
A. Currently the alerts are not being delivered real-time, and we are working with our vendor to fix the issue. We except to have this issue corrected soon.

Q. How can I sign up for estatements/paperless statements?
A. If you are not yet subscribed to estatements, you can do so via online banking, under Accounts, eDocuments, then Settings. If you are already subscribed to estatements you will receive them going forward but we ask that you please verify via online banking that you are subscribed.

Please check back as we will continue to update our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s).
