Leominster, MA – All One Credit Union will be a Corporate Home Build Sponsor of two Habitat build sites located in Fitchburg and Worcester.  In addition to the $5,000 donation, LCU employees will volunteer their time and work at these two sites during the summer and fall of 2013.

“This will be the second year we partnered with Habitat for Humanity on their ‘Build Days’, commented Carol A. Habitat for Humanity North Central Massachusetts is an independent affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, serving 25 communities in the region. They are a non-profit, Christian ecumenical housing ministry that seeks to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness right here in Massachusetts.

All One Credit Union recently donated 77 new blankets to area homeless shelters and charities through their participation in the Massachusetts Credit Union League’s Credit Union Community Hope Initiative.

The blankets were distributed by LCU employees to several area organizations including, YWCA of Central Massachusetts Battered Women’s Resources, African Community Education (A.C.E.) and Abby’s House, as well as six other organizations in North Central Massachusetts.

The blankets were distributed by LCU employees to several area organizations including, Ginny’s Helping Hands, Our Father’s House and Montachusett Interfaith Hospitality Network – all in Leominster, as well as six other organizations in North Central Massachusetts.
