On May 4, 2026, our statement vendor notified us about a third-party software issue which impacted the addressing of some notices and statements mailed between 4/28/2026 – 5/4/2026. The issue occurred when a secondary address identifier (apartment/suite/unit) appeared in the same field as the street address, causing the secondary information to be dropped from the printed address.
For example, if the address was 26 Main St., Apt 2, the “Apt 2” was dropped from the address. Because of this, these notices and statements have been returned to AOCU. We are in the process of working with our vendor to remail these documents.
