TruStage has publicly advised that, during this process, members who have TruStage products may experience delays accessing TruStage accounts, obtaining policy information, submitting requests, or completing certain transactions.
Based on information currently available, there is no indication that this incident has affected our core banking systems, online banking platform, mobile banking platform, payment card systems, or member deposit accounts. The incident involves TruStage’s technology systems and does not affect the security or availability of our systems.

As part of their response and recovery efforts, they have proactively shut down their network and systems and are working diligently to restore both.
As a best practice in events of this nature, please do not respond to unsolicited calls or messages requesting payment, banking details, passwords or personal information.
