LEOMINSTER, MA – June 26, 2015 – The Annual Meeting of All One Credit Union was held on April 21, 2015 at the Credit Union’s Executive and Operations Building in Leominster.

The President’s report presented the financial highlights for 2014. Total assets as of December 31, 2014 were $621 million. LCU is ranked as the 13th largest credit union in Massachusetts. The capital/asset ratio now stands at 9.96%. All One Credit Union continues to be recognized as a Well Capitalized Financial Institution by its primary regulator, the Massachusetts Division of Banks.

Following the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors met and elected officers for 2015-2016.

Anthony A. Gasbarro was re-elected to the office of Chairman of the Board. He is a Leominster resident and has been on the Board since 2003. Gasbarro serves on LCU’s Executive, Audit, Investment, Compensation and Advisory Board Steering Committees.

Giulio G. Greco, was elected Vice Chairman. He serves on the Executive, Audit and Investment Committees. Greco is a lifelong resident of Leominster. He has served on the Board since 1978.

Henry C. Kulik, Jr. was elected Treasurer. Kulik is a resident of Westminster and joined the All One Credit Union Board of Directors in 2011. Kulik serves on the Executive and Audit Committees.

Joyce A. LaFleur was elected Assistant Treasurer. LaFleur joined the All One Credit Union Board of Directors in 2007. LaFleur is a resident of Leominster and serves on the Executive and Audit Committees.

Richard A. Sheppard was re-elected to the position of Clerk. Sheppard has been on the Board of Directors since 2006. He serves on the Executive, Audit, Investment, and Compensation Committees. Sheppard resides in Sterling.

In addition to the officers, the 2015-2016 Board of Directors includes, Amedeo E. Bilotta of Lunenburg, Bruce J. Bollivar of Holden, Andrew D. Cousins of Sterling, Nancy L. Graves of Leominster, Michael J. Sauvageau of Leominster and Joseph V. Quintal of Clinton. The Board of Directors is responsible for setting LCU policies.

Leominster, MA – John O’Brien, President/CEO of All One Credit Union along with Mychelle Phillips and Kelly Marrone, both of LCU, presented a $1,000 check to Adam Webster of the American Diabetes Association to support ADA’s “Step Out/Walk to Stop Diabetes.”

In addition to the donation, a team of All One Credit Union employees will participate in the in the Step Out/Walk to Stop Diabetes Walk, which is spearheaded by Mychelle Phillips and Kelly Marrone. Leominster, MA, June 5, 2015 – All One Credit Union participated in the Boys and Girls Club Great Futures 5K race with a team of 35, which included employees and their families. A check in the amount of $1,020 was presented to Patty Fields, Resource Development Director Boys & Girls Club to support the event which was held on Sunday, May 31, 2015.

LEOMINSTER, MA – John O’Brien, President & CEO and Oscar O’Connor, Vice President of All One Credit Union presented Bob Healy and Jack Hathaway with a check for $8,000 as the Premier Sponsor of Starburst 2015.

“LCU is delighted to participate in this annual community event that brings enjoyment to so many,” said O’Brien. “We have been involved in this local tradition for nearly 20 years, and we are proud to continue our sponsorship of Starburst 2015.”

Starburst is the Leominster’s premier event and will take place on Saturday, June 13, 2015 (rain date of Sunday, June 14th) at Doyle Field. The gates with open at 4:30 pm and the first event will begin at 5:00 pm. Entertainment, music and a fireworks extravaganza are all scheduled. Donations for Starburst can be mailed to Starburst, P. Leominster, MA – For the 15th consecutive year, LCU participated in Children’s Book Month, an annual event sponsored by the Massachusetts Credit Union League. During the month of April, LCU members and employees collected donations of new and used children’s books. This year, LCU collected a total of 887 books, which were distributed to Montachusett Opportunity Council’s Books on Board program, Red Raiders Lending Libraries, and Leominster Community Coalition.
