📦 Do you know a young adult who could use one?
🔹Who’s Eligible? Any young adult, age 17-23, has signed a VPA with MA DCF, and is transitioning to their first place.
🔹How to Request a Launch Box: Anyone working with an eligible youth, or the youth themselves, can complete Rise Above’s general activity request application available at their website (www.weriseabove.org). Be sure to make note that you’re requesting a Launch Box.
