Your Leominster Credit Union VISA Debit Card has been reissued and rebranded to an All One Credit Union Contactless (tap-to-pay) VISA Debit Card. Leominster Credit Union ATM cards have also be converted to an All One Credit Union ATM Card. Please follow the brief instructions accompanying it to activate your new card. Your LCU VISA Debit Card will no longer be accepted after midnight on March 11, 2025.

Why am I getting a new debit card?
All One Credit Union is changing the debit card processor which requires new cards to be issued. This new partnership will provide upgraded functionality such as a contactless payment method and more. The cards will also reflect our new brand.
When can I expect to receive my new ATM/Debit card?
You should receive your new card by March 5, 2025. If you do not receive a card by this date, please call our Member Service Center at 800-649-4646 or visit all-onecu.com and schedule an appointment at a location and time convenient to you.
When can I use my new All One ATM/Debit Card?
Please activate and begin using your new card on March 12, 2025. Your LCU VISA Debit Card will no longer be accepted after midnight on March 11, 2025.

When should I activate my new All One VISA Debit Card?
You may activate and begin using your new AOCU VISA Debit Card on March 12, 2025, by calling 800-631-3197 from the primary card holder’s main number. If you activate your card from another phone number other than the primary card holder’s phone number, you may be required to provide personal information.
How will I get my Personal Identification Number (PIN)?
Call the number on the sticker on the card, carefully listen to the prompts. Once you have been authenticated there will be a short pause (do not hang up) at this point you will be asked to set your PIN.
Do I need to update my Automatic Payments with the new card?
Yes, recurring monthly payments set up through your Leominster Credit Union Debit Card will NOT transfer to your All One Credit Union VISA Debit Card. After March 12, 2025, if you have bills set up to pay automatically from your old LCU VISA Debit Card, you will need to provide the merchant(s) with your new AOCU VISA Debit Card information.
Do I need to update my Direct Deposit?
No, your direct deposit will not be affected or any payments you have coming out of your account through ACH using your account number.
Will the new card have a different card number?
Yes, any recurring or pre-authorized charges you have on your current card will need to be updated to the new card number. This includes payments for online merchants, such as streaming services, autopay bills, and monthly memberships.

What is a contactless Card and what are the benefits? Contactless Indicator
A contactless card payment utilizes “Near Field Communication” (NFC) technology, a subset of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). NFC technology works for smaller distances than RFID, allowing cardholders to “tap” their Contactless card over a contactless-enabled terminal.
How secure are Contactless card transactions?
Every Contactless card payment transaction includes a one-time-use, dynamic data for the transaction. This same data cannot be used for other transactions. In addition, each Contactless device must have its own unique secret key and this key is never transmitted.
How do I make a Contactless card transaction?
· Verify that there is a contactless symbol on the transaction terminal.
· Tap or hold your Visa Debit Card within 3 inches or so to a transaction terminal.
Will my daily spending or ATM withdrawal limits change?
No, your daily limits will remain the same unless otherwise notified.
What should I do with my old debit card?
After March 12, 2025, and once your new card is activated, securely destroy your old card by cutting it up or shredding it.
Will my account number change?
No, your account number will stay the same. Only your card number is changing. Pre-authorized charges you have on your current card will need to be updated to the new card number.
Some images in my digital wallet are still showing the LCU branding?
The new branding was submitted to Visa and Visa is working on updating all images to reflect the AOCU branding. We anticipate this will be completed soon.
Will I still have overdraft protection on my new debit card?
Yes, if you are enrolled in overdraft protection, it will carry over to your new debit card. If you have questions, please contact our Member Service at 800-649-4646 to confirm your overdraft settings.
