Important: Telephone Scams in our Area
We have been made aware of an increase in fraudulent activity in our area, including spoofing our Member Service Center phone number. Please be advised that these scam phone calls going around may look like they are from All One Credit Union asking for personal identification/private information about your account. We wanted to make you aware that we do not call members asking for private account information. If you receive a call unexpectedly, it is not All One Credit Union – these calls are fraudulent in nature.
As always, please be alert and never give out your personal information unless you know it is a trusted and verified source. If you feel you may have been a victim of fraud, don’t hesitate to reach out to All One Credit Union directly, 800-649-4646.

Important: Increase in recent Scams in our Area
There has been an increase in fraudulent activity in our area. Scammers are using multiple methods to trick credit union members, including spoofing our Member Service Center phone number. All One Credit Union will never request information such as your Online & Mobile Banking login information, access codes from texts, or your debit card number. If you get a call like this, hang up and report it to us at 800-649-4646.
Fraudulent Text Scams
Please be aware that there are text scams being reported regarding suspending accounts. If you are/were asked to provide any banking information or click on a link, this is a scam. If you feel you may have been a victim of a scam/fraud, please reach out to All One Credit Union (LCU) directly, 800-649-4646.
As always, please be alert and never give out your personal information unless you know it is a trusted and verified source. Never share your online/mobile banking credentials, including your password or your one-time passcode or click on a link that has not been verified.
