Whether you have a car, boat, recreational vehicle, or home equity line of credit from All One Credit Union, you have lots of choices to make your monthly payment using our Pay My Loan service.
Make Payments via Online/Mobile Banking
You now have the option to register to make a loan payment in the following ways:
- Establish monthly payments from your checking account, savings account, or debit card transactions (one-time or recurring). This will be completed by logging into your online/mobile banking account and choosing Pay My Loan. Once here choose which loan you would like to pay and proceed through the workflow.
- Payments will post to your account on the same business day if paid by 8pm EST (Monday through Friday).
- Payments made via online/mobile banking logins are complementary.
Guest Payments
You can conveniently process payments to your loan. Please have the following information ready:
- You will need your member number (suffix isn’t required), full name, email, and last 4 of SSN.
- Payments made will post to your account on the same business day if paid by 8pm EST Monday through Friday.
- There is a $4.95 fee to process your payment using Guest Payments.
Additional Payment Options
- Online Banking
Payments can be made easily through online banking in 2 additional ways, without a fee. Simply log in and easily transfer from your checking or savings accounts to your loan or use the external transfer feature. - By Phone
Phone payments may be made by contacting a member service representative at 800-649-4646. Please note: there is a $9.99 fee to make your payment over the phone. - In Branch
Stop by any AOCU branch location during business hours.
Loan payments can be mailed to the address on your statement or to All One Credit Union, 20 Adams Street, Leominster, MA 01453.
