At All One Credit Union, we are committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility among employees and members.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee
Each year, our employees complete training on DEI topics such as valuing differences and unconscious bias. In 2022, we launched our DEI Committee to hold the credit union accountable to ensure DEI work remains a priority. We aim to create and implement recommendations to maintain a diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization.
